REINDEERS는 운영 중심의 플랫폼 관리 전문가를 찾습니다. 본 포지션은 플랫폼의 운영·유지·관리·발전·확장을 담당하며, 사람 담당자와 AI Agent, 그리고 향후 합류할 로봇 작업자가 같은 조직도 안에서 협업하는 환경을 관리하는 역할을 맡습니다. (※ 개발 업무를 직접 수행하지 않으며, 개발팀 및 AI Agent 팀과 협업해 개선을 주도합니다.)

REINDEERS는 POP과 DVRP를 "조직도 기반 AI 법인" 구조로 설계하고 있습니다. 외부 AI 도구를 연결하는 방식이 아니라, AI Agent가 회사 조직 구조에 직접 통합되어 있습니다. 플랫폼 매니저는 이 Agent들이 정상적으로 작동하는지 모니터링하고, 예외 상황에 대한 승인과 에스컬레이션을 처리하며, 사람 운영자와 AI Agent 간의 협업 경계를 정의하는 역할을 합니다. 현재는 Tool 단계(사람이 지시 → AI가 실행)이며, 로드맵은 Tool → Assistant → Agent Team → Autonomous Operator 순으로 진화합니다.
주요 업무
- REINDEERS B2B 플랫폼의 운영 및 서비스 유지관리
- 상품, 주문, 물류(3PL), 통관, 정산 등 운영 프로세스 실행 및 관리
- 사용자(공급사·고객사) 중심의 운영 이슈 대응 및 개선 요청 관리
- 운영 효율화 및 신규 기능 제안을 위한 서비스 개선 기획 및 테스트
- AI Agent 기반 자동화 기능(데이터 매칭, 견적 추천, 부서별 Agent 실행 등) 운영 및 모니터링, 예외 상황 승인 및 에스컬레이션 관리
- 국가별 서비스 환경(태국·말레이시아·중국·한국) 유지 및 운영 품질 관리
- 운영 데이터 분석을 통한 서비스 개선 및 운영 인사이트 도출
- 개발·물류·영업 등 유관 부서와의 운영 협의 및 실행 관리
자격 요건
- 플랫폼 운영 또는 서비스 관리 경력 3~7년 내외
- e-Commerce, B2B, 무역, Fulfillment(3PL/WMS) 관련 서비스 운영 경험
- 플랫폼 운영 프로세스(주문·정산·물류·CS 등)에 대한 이해
- 데이터 기반 문제 해결 및 서비스 개선 경험
- 영어 또는 한국어로 원활한 커뮤니케이션 가능
- 스타트업 또는 초기 단계 조직에서 주도적으로 일한 경험
우대사항
- AI Agent 기반 서비스 운영 또는 자동화 프로젝트 참여 경험
- WMS/3PL/Fulfillment 운영 프로세스에 대한 실무 이해

About REINDEERS
REINDEERS is a global B2B trade platform integrating quotation, order, fulfillment (3PL), WMS, customs, and settlement across Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, and China.
POP and DVRP are designed as structures that transition operations to AI Agents. Humans set strategy and direction; AI Agents execute the actual work. In our org chart, employees can be registered as humans, AI Agents, or robots, and all three work side by side under the same permission model and approval flow. A CEO Agent directs department-level Agents for procurement, production, sales, logistics, finance, and customs. Unlike an external AI tool wired into the system as a plug-in, REINDEERS Agents are integrated directly into the company org structure as first-class members.
We are hiring a Platform Manager to operate, maintain, and expand our platform services. This role focuses on service operations and improvement, not software development. You will work closely with internal teams — and with the AI Agents operating alongside them — to keep the platform running smoothly and to drive continuous improvement.
How This Role Works
The platform is currently at the Tool stage of our 4-stage roadmap (Tool → Assistant → Agent Team → Autonomous Operator): humans direct, AI Agents execute. The Platform Manager monitors Agent behavior, approves exceptions, handles escalations, and defines the collaboration boundary between human operators and AI Agents. As the company progresses along the roadmap, the scope of what Agents own autonomously will expand, and this role will evolve with it.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the REINDEERS B2B platform across Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, and China.
- Manage operational workflows for products, orders, logistics (3PL), customs, and settlement.
- Handle user requests, service issues, and escalation management for suppliers and buyers.
- Plan and coordinate service improvements with the development, AI Agent, and logistics teams.
- Operate and monitor AI Agent automation (data matching, quote recommendation, department-level Agent execution); approve exception cases and manage escalations.
- Monitor and optimize regional service performance across TH, MY, CN, and KR.
- Analyze operational data to extract insights and propose efficiency improvements.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between internal departments (Dev, Logistics, Business).
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in platform or service operations (e-commerce, B2B, logistics).
- Working knowledge of fulfillment (3PL, WMS), logistics, and order management.
- Strong analytical mindset for operational improvement.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English or Korean (other Asian languages a plus).
- Self-driven and proactive in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating AI Agent–based services or automation projects.
- Knowledge of global logistics, trade compliance, or certification workflows.
- Familiarity with multi-country operations (Thailand, Malaysia, China).
- Experience with trade, customs, or certification (TISI, FDA, etc.).
- Experience building operational manuals or managing service rollouts.
