Milestone Unlocked!
We're excited to share that REINDEERS has successfully completed all phases of "Start-up NEST," a prestigious startup incubation program led by the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (KODIT).
The program has been an incredible journey, connecting us with top-tier mentors, venture experts, and fellow founders. It helped us sharpen our strategy, validate our product vision, and accelerate toward market readiness.
For us, this is just the beginning.
We are committed to going beyond acceleration: launching real services, solving real problems, and making cross-border B2B trade smarter, faster, and more connected across Asia.
Huge thanks to KODIT and all our supporters who believe in our mission. Let's build something great together.
What Completing Start-up NEST Actually Produced
An incubation program can be a marketing exercise or a genuine forcing function. For REINDEERS, Start-up NEST was the latter. The completion mattered because of three specific outputs it helped crystallize:
- A sharpened thesis — Cross-border B2B trade for industrial materials is underserved not because the market is small, but because existing tools assume domestic workflows. The program helped us articulate precisely why a platform built from the ground up for cross-border flows would outperform domestic marketplaces extended internationally.
- Validated product scope — The temptation in early-stage trade platforms is to boil the ocean. Start-up NEST helped narrow the initial scope to a defensible wedge: industrial materials, Korea–Southeast Asia corridor, and trade operations that the team already understood from years of running IMARKET Thailand.
- An execution-ready plan — Mentors from KODIT and partner networks pushed the plan past "idea" into a sequence of deliverables: the marketplace itself, a logistics optimization module, and supporting tools for certification and customs. That sequence became the actual 2025 roadmap.
What "Beyond Acceleration" Has Meant
At the close of the program, we wrote that we were committed to going beyond acceleration and launching real services. Between late 2024 and early 2026, that commitment has taken concrete form. REINDEERS opened officially on December 1, 2025. The platform now runs across four countries. POP and DVRP — two AI-transitioning platforms that did not exist as named products during Start-up NEST — are now in beta, with POP covering organization, employees, partners, items, work orders, purchasing and sales, production, warehouse, inventory, delivery, finance, documents and approvals, and AI. DVRP beta launched in March 2026. Each of these is a direct descendant of the roadmap shaped during the program.
Today (2026): REINDEERS' Direction
Since completing Start-up NEST, REINDEERS has moved far beyond acceleration and is now building an AI-powered operations platform. The network now covers 4,300+ partners (2,500+ buyers, 1,800+ suppliers, 30+ forwarders) and 25,000+ real trade transactions across Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, and China. POP and DVRP are designed as structures that transition cross-border B2B work to AI Agents — humans set strategy and direction while AI Agents execute procurement, logistics, settlement, and customs in real time.
In the POP Org menu, employees can be registered as humans, AI Agents, or robots, all treated as members of the same team. A CEO Agent directs department-level Agents for procurement, production, sales, logistics, finance, and customs. The POP menu structure — organization, employees, partners, items, work, purchasing/sales, production, warehouse, inventory, delivery, finance, documents/approvals, AI, settings — is the same surface used by both humans and Agents. There is no separate "AI dashboard" bolted on; Agents operate the same resources humans operate, within the same permission and budget boundaries.
Following our 4-stage roadmap (Tool 2026 → Assistant 2027 → Agent Team 2028-2029 → Autonomous Operator 2030), we are building toward 2030, when AI Agents will operate the entire entity while humans focus on strategy. What began as a vision during Start-up NEST — making cross-border B2B trade smarter, faster, and more connected — has progressed past incubation, past launch, and into an operating structure where AI Agents are first-class employees executing real trade work.
